Spring crafts in my kindergarten classroom are just so much fun. At this time in the year, my students are easily able to independently color, cut, assemble, and glue all on their own. And they are prouder than ever to display their hard work in the classroom!
I’ve really been working on timely, seasonal bulletin boards this year and crafts have made it all possible. My students can’t get enough of seeing their work on our walls, then taking it home at the end of the month to make room for fresh pieces of work!
Some of my fave spring crafts are:
- Earth Day Craft: Craft hearts in a tree while learning about how we can better treat the earth.
- Butterfly Name Craft: Our name crafts are always a favorite activity, and these large butterflies really make the classroom walls pop!
- Bunny 2D Shape Crafts: Learning about shapes has never been more fun and festive with these 2D shape crafts!
- Wolfie the Bunny Read Aloud + Craft: “Wolfie the Bunny” by Ame Dyckman is one of the B E S T read alouds about new siblings and family. And the illustrations are such a fave. Can’t wait to craft Wolfie with my class.
And you can get a brand N E W dress-up bunny and chick craft for free with the link below! These crafts were inspired by “Wolfie the Bunny” and make perfect just-for-fun crafts for kindergarten.
